Privacy notice
Last updated 27 July 2026.
This explains how SkillTilt bv handles the personal data you give us when you join the Human By Design waitlist at humanbydesignbook.com. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
SkillTilt bv (enterprise number BE1032.335.960), Belgium, is the data controller. For any question or request about your data, email support@skilltilt.com.
What we collect
- The email address you enter in the sign-up form.
- The consent you gave and the date and time you gave it — our record that you asked to hear from us.
- A referral code and your number of entries in the giveaway, if you take part.
- A one-off spam check when you submit the form, run by Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not receive a profile of you from it.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We process it on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)): to send you the preview, to send waitlist and launch updates about the book, and to run the signed-first-edition giveaway. You can withdraw consent at any time — see below.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo — email delivery and list management, operated in the EU. Acts as our processor.
- Cloudflare — the Turnstile spam check on the form. Acts as our processor.
We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies
We use one cookie, st_capture, set when you sign up. It remembers your referral link and entry count for about 30 minutes so the page can show them to you. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or port it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can email support@skilltilt.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
